I’m a free-spirited, adventure-loving, empathic, creative, and innovative (old) soul.
I’m also the Host of The GlowJo Podcast by night and an online product development expert and coach by day.
I’ve spent over a decade working with (and learning from) authors, coaches, business owners and brilliant minds in various industries; players who get their message out in big, creative, and audacious ways!
My experience sparked my passion for creating space for the soulful, creative, and intuitive feelers of the world who are here to experience more, explore more, create more, grow more, connect more and be more — even if they have no idea what the heck any of that means yet.
The GlowJo was born out of the desire to provide a fresh perspective on what it means to live your best life. It's your one-stop shop to discover new ideas and tools to help you find alignment, joy and fulfillment in everything you do!

The ocean! The sun! Nature! I'm noticing a trend here...I love water (maybe because I'm a pisces?!) and everything about it! It's relaxing, it's invigorating, it's calm and flowy, yet powerful! It lights me up from the inside out. How about you? :)

The bath tub! It's my zone of serenity where I can reset, relax and recharge my batteries!
I LOVE travel! So much so, that I designed my life to be foot loose n' fancy free! I lived in Malaysia for 2.5 years and explored most of SE Asia while I was there. I'm also obsessed with Europe...And South America! And... You get the point! haha The food, the history, the culture, the people...I just can't get enough. PS. This is me and my friend Kate in Portugal! HIGHLY recommend this Country.

Amidst the highs and the lows, the flips and the twists — one thing I know for sure (channeling my inner Oprah here) is that everything is always better when you spend time doing what you love, and surrounding yourself with incredible people... and good food and Aperol Spritz, obviously.
