What are you TOLERATING in your life right now?
Maybe something, or someone, comes to mind right away.
I think that most of us tolerate way more than we realize.
Maybe you’re tolerating a person, a certain behavior or a situation. It could be in your personal life, your romantic life, your family life, your professional life – or maybe in all these areas.
The next question to ask is WHY are you tolerating it?
- Is it related to your self worth, or lack thereof?
- Is your “people pleaser” kicking in?
- Do you want to keep the peace and not rock the boat? Be the good girl?
- Do you have the tendency to avoid something rather than acknowledge and address it?
After reflecting on your “what” and “why”, I want to guide you into the future. What would life be like if you dropped these things that were weighing you down?
How would you move through life if you let go of them?
Remember, only you can control how people treat you. Only you can control the level of “mess” in your life.
