5 Ways You Can Strengthen Your Intuition
Intuition is gentle, kind and understanding. It can also be persistent and if you aren’t paying attention, it can turn into a crisis. What are some of the best ways to tap into your intuition and avoid said crisis?! Here are 5 ways you can!
Tarot 💫
Using Tarot is a great way to strengthen your intuition. Just by pulling a card from your deck and setting the intention, and allowing for the feeling to guide you will help you tap into your intuitive self. Don’t think, just feel.
Being In Nature 🍃
Allowing yourself to be completely alone with your thoughts and being immersed in nature, particularly high up places with vast landscapes helps to expand your mind.
Meditation 🧘🏻
Sitting in a quiet room and giving yourself space can really help strengthen that intuitive muscle. Being relaxed and focusing in on your breathing allows for the mind to clear its clutter.
Visualization 💭
Using visualization can help you find your inner voice. The power of words can help you find the kind of state you want to be in.
Journaling 📖
Write out your feelings in a journal. Clear the negativity and stress from your brain and allow for it to flow out on paper.
Remember, we’re all trying our best here, including myself!
If these methods didn’t work for you, let me know what has worked for you. I’d love to chat. Follow me on Instagram at @leannekallal and remember to subscribe to my podcast to hear all the advice, have all your questions answered, and listen to some really amazing conversations.
