Now in today’s episode, I continue the conversation and I talk about what comes AFTER you create the space and how you can maintain this space so you really DO welcome in the new, rather than calling in more of the same old, same old.
I share how creating space can have you feeling all the things that have been simmering underneath the surface and now that you’ve created space in your life, you’ll start to feel them again and all of those thoughts, emotions and painful memories begin to bubble to the top. I also share some tips on how to fill the space you’ve created with positivity and how to steer away from “Junk Food”.
