If you’re human and have ever had big goals outside of your comfort zone, then you have definitely felt imposter syndrome once or twice… or a million times in your life.
Today’s guest on The GlowJo Podcast is my partner-in-crime and life-long friend, Alex Cattoni.
She has grown her personal brand over the past few years into a hugely successful YouTube channel and a 7-figure business, The Copy Posse.
I’ve watched her grow and uplevel into the next version of herself throughout this process—stepping out of her comfort zone, being more vulnerable, and showing more of who she is. And at each phase… you guessed it!… imposter syndrome has shown up. Alex describes it as this dark cloud over our heads.
We think we’re the only ones feeling imposter syndrome, so we don’t talk about it.
It’s why we can look at someone successful and just assume they don’t have the same fears and doubts as we do.
Even this podcast, The GlowJo Podcast, I’ve had this idea for so many years with the name picked out and a list of incredible friends who I wanted to chat with. But bringing it into the real world was hard! I’m still pinching myself that this letter is going out to you, that this episode with Alex is a real thing, and that YOU will be listening to my words. How crazy, right?! 😉
If you want to start choosing a more graceful and intentional way of learning lessons and navigating through life and business, check out this week’s podcast episode.
