1. Instead of judging and resisting you emotions – lean in and get curious! Acknowledge and locate your feelings.
2. Honor your emotions! Accept those feelings and really see and hear what they’re trying to say.
3. Take. Action. Tune into your emotion and ask, “what can I do to support you?”
